Magnetic drives for internal-gear rotary pumps

TRM magnetic drives for internal-gear rotary pumps meet the growing demand for pumping systems that make it absolutely impossible for pumped liquids and relevant vapours to pollute the surrounding atmosphere and vice versa (which can result in chemical-physical reactions liable to irreparably alter the fluid used in the process).

Varisco devised these new magnetic drives to be applied on its widely popular, tried and tested internal-gear rotary pumps.

• Leaks of pumped liquids totally eliminated (fully hermetic)
• Low rotor peripheral speed and oversize silicon carbide bearings ensure rugged, heavy-duty construction and durability
• No more extensive costs associated with replacing mechanical seals
• No plant stoppages, eliminating production loss
• Servicing intervals are longer (particularly useful when pumps are located in awkward places)
• Pumping in both directions of rotation (reversibility)
• Constant flow rate (proportional to rotation speed) and continuous flow without pulsation

• Relief valve can be fitted
