Balanced Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd.(BEC) continues to expand its inspection, maintenance and repair of chimneys and flares in The Middle East and Asia.
BEC has successfully completed the flare stack inspection and tip change works of B8101-A, B8101-B and B8106 flares of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation in Saudi Arabia.
The B8101-B and B8101-A are both 83.32m in height with an external diameter of 1.047 at the riser. The B8106 flare is 19.812m in height and is free standing.
The B8101-A & B8101-B flares tips and guy wires were replaced with new including greasing and tensioning. BEC installed a new air assisted flare tip to the B8106 flare.
BEC were awarded a certificate of appreciation for the successful completion of the works within the agreed schedule.
